Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SK Studio 3D, all custom 3D prints, lithophanes, and digital NFC configurations are made-to-order.
- Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of payment for a full refund. Once production (printing) has begun, we cannot offer a refund.
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact SKstudioprints@outlook.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.
- Digital Services: Annual NFC hosting renewals are non-refundable once the service period has been activated.
